Accomodation
All participants of the Rising Stars workshop will be provided with accommodation for the nights of April xxxx in the DESY guesthouse on campus (and therefore don’t need to arrange this themselves). More information:
Directions & Addresses
The MPSD is located in the Sciece City Bahrenfeld (Luruper Chaussee 149, 22607 Hamburg, Germany). It is housed in building 900. Please find a map of the campus here (building 900 is located in quadrant D2/3):
Getting Here:
Hamburg Airport (HAM)
This is the international airport of Hamburg. Once you have landed, you have the option of taking a taxi or using public transportation (S-Bahn) to arrive at your final destination.
Hamburg Central Station (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof)
This is the main railway station for Hamburg which connects long distance trains like the Intercity-Express (ICE), to the underground rail network of U-Bahn and S-Bahn.
