From May 28 to May 31, 2024, and to commemorate entering the final stages of the first funding period of the center, we organized a Big Ideas Workshop on the Future of Light, Spectroscopy, and Quantum Materials.
The workshop took place at Palacio Miramar, San Sebastian, Spain. Through bringing together current and future leaders working in areas such as novel spectroscopic and theoretical tools, artificial lattices of matter and light, quantum optics, and materials, we addressed the following question:
Can we capitalize on advances in light manipulation, materials, and quantum optics to create a new era in Quantum Science?
